- STEP.01Expo Visit & Initial Consultation
- Visit us at the TCE Wedding Expo and meet our team in person. We recommend making a reservation in advance to enjoy a relaxed, one-on-one consultation at the venue.

- STEP.02Deposit & Date Confirmation (3-6 Months in Advance)
- Once the deposit is received, we’ll confirm your photo shoot date and fitting schedule. For popular seasons, booking at least six months in advance is recommended.

- STEP.03Select Outfits & Locations (2-3 Months in Advance)
- Please provide your body measurements and a full-body photo 2-3 months before the shoot. You can choose your outfits from photos we’ll send you, and consult with our team to decide on the best photo locations and schedule.

- STEP.04Final Payment (2 Months Before)
- Please review any additional options—such as travel fees for distant locations, extra outfits, preferred photographer selection, or night shooting—and complete the final payment at least two months before your shoot.

- STEP.05Photo Shoot Day
- Please arrive at your selected La-vie Factory studio on the day of your shoot. After trying on your reserved outfits, you’ll have a final consultation with our local staff before the photo session begins.

your pre-wedding photoshoot in Japan.
- Q. How do I make a reservation?
- Contact us to apply — we’ll reply within three days. Shooting availability changes frequently, so please secure your date as early as possible.
- Q. What languages are available?
- We offer support in Japanese, English, and Chinese, so you can communicate comfortably throughout the entire process.
- Q. When do I need to make the payment?
- Your booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid in Japan. The deposit can be paid online by credit card, and the balance may be settled by credit card or in cash.
- Q. What’s included in the package?
- The package includes wedding attire (Western dresses and/or Japanese kimono), accessories, bouquet, hair & makeup, JPEG photo data, transportation between studio and location, photographer, stylist, and bilingual support staff.
- Q. Can I bring my own camera?
- Yes, but please note that our staff may not have time to assist with personal photography on the day. Also, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment, so please bring it at your own discretion.
- Q. Can I reschedule if the weather is bad?
- In case of bad weather, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements in your best interest. Please note that suggested shooting dates are based on past seasonal patterns and we cannot guarantee the presence of cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, lavender, or snow. We will make every effort to provide the best experience possible on your scheduled day.
- Q. When will I receive my photo data and album?
- Photo data (digital files) will be delivered approximately one month after the shoot. If you add an album, the album will be delivered approximately three months after the shoot.
