The German castle was built in a park built by the ancient city of Shikoku in Japan to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Matsuyama City Hall, and because it is a sister city with Freiburg in Germany, it is a European castle-style observatory on the top of the park. Not only can you see the Matsuyama Plains, but you can also see the four seasons of the park.
