The expansive grounds, green meadows, and magnificent Lake Shiozawa provide a variety of photo spots. Soft lawns, fresh birch forests, bridges across the lake, and historic buildings all make for natural-style photographs unique to Karuizawa. The verdant greenery, the blooming rose garden, and the colorful Autumn Leave add to the charm of the seasons. (Closed during Winter season.)
