How to Make a Reservation?

Please apply via the inquiry form, and our staff will contact you by email. We recommend applying at least two months in advance.

What languages are available?

Japanese, English, or Chinese.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

How long does it take to receive a response after submitting the inquiry form?

Typically, it takes 2–3 business days. During long holidays, it may take longer. Thank you for your understanding.

When is the payment due?

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before the shoot. Payment is accepted via bank transfer only.

About the plan

What is included in the package?

Wedding attire (Western wedding dress / Japanese wedding kimono), accessories, bouquet, hair & makeup, photo data (JPEG), album, transportation (between store and location), photographer, stylist, and interpreter assistant.

When do I choose the attire?

About three months before the shoot, we will provide photos of the available attire at the selected store for your reference. You may reserve your favorite outfit in advance. A fitting session will be scheduled the day before the shoot, allowing you to make a final decision after trying on the attire.
Please note that we can only provide attire and shoes within the specified size range. If your size exceeds the available range, we kindly ask you to prepare your own attire or shoes.
*Bride: Bust 72–111cm, Waist 52–91cm, Hip 75–116cm, Shoe size 22–25cm (US5–8)
*Groom: Height 160–180cm, Bust 86–100cm, Waist 72–100cm, Shoe size 24.5–29cm (US6.5–11)

Can I change the shooting location or package after confirming the booking?

Sorry, changes cannot be made after the booking is confirmed.

What are the cancellation or rescheduling fees if I cannot proceed with the shoot as scheduled after confirming the booking?

*Once a photographer is designated, the nomination fee will be fully charged regardless of early rescheduling or cancellation, even if requested 60 days or more before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling: First change is free; subsequent changes incur a 10% surcharge of the total amount per change.
Cancellation: 25% of the total amount (Photographer nomination fee is non-refundable).
Rescheduling (59 to 30 days before the service date): 25% surcharge of the total amount.
Cancellation: 50% of the total amount (Photographer nomination fee is non-refundable).
Rescheduling (29 to 4 days before the service date): 50% surcharge of the total amount.
Cancellation: Full payment required (Photographer nomination fee is non-refundable).
Rescheduling (within 3 days of the service date): 80% surcharge of the total amount.
Cancellation: Full payment required (Photographer nomination fee is non-refundable).

Can the date be rescheduled in case of unfavorable weather?

In case of an outdoor wedding ceremony or photoshoot under severe weather conditions, we will act in the best interest of our clients and arrange necessary adjustments to the venue or shooting route accordingly.
Please note that suggested shooting dates are based on past trends and cannot guarantee the presence of cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, lavender, snow, or other seasonal scenery. We will do our best to provide the best possible arrangement on the day.

About the shooting day

Where will the hair and makeup be done?

Hair and makeup will generally be arranged at the nearest La-vie store. For certain special locations, alternative arrangements may be made. Please consult our staff for details.

When should I meet with the local staff?

A fitting session and pre-shoot meeting will be scheduled at the latest one day before the shoot, requiring approximately 2 hours. The detailed schedule will be provided by the assigned coordinator one month before departure.

How many photographers will accompany us in the package?

One photographer. If a videography add-on is purchased, an additional videographer will accompany.

Will the stylist accompany us?

The stylist will accompany you throughout the entire shoot.

Can I bring my own camera?

Yes, you may bring your own camera. However, our staff will be focused on their tasks and may not have time to take additional photos for you. Additionally, as cameras are valuable items, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to receive the photo data and album?

The photo data (soft copy) will be delivered approximately one month after the shoot, and the album will be ready in about three months.
