Wedding photo challenge
to New York, which is at the forefront In April 2018, La-vie photography is building a new base in New York.
In a city that is blended with a variety of cultures and fashions, we will develop and meet the needs
of a new generation of customers AKI went to the New York store as a pioneer of LA-VIE, so let’s talk about his current state of mind and goals

INTERVIEWER What kind of city is New York?
A city full of diverse cultures and ethnicities, every day is full of new excitement.
There are many elements to take pictures, but the most attractive part is the unexpected part from time to time.
For example, during the process of taking pictures, I often receive blessings from passers-by, and some people run up to deliver flowers.
Everyone also made a way for filming, like creating an exclusive wedding dress road for the newlyweds.
I really met a lot of kind-hearted and kind people.
Of course, there are cases where our common sense cannot be applied here because Asians are a minority (laughs).
However, through wedding photography, you will often feel the surprise and emotion of borderlessness.
If you’re a newlywed, this experience will be a lifelong memory,
and this kind of rich exchange is not the official idea of the wedding photos that La-vie wants to convey.

———— recommend a clothing style?
I want the two of them to wear their favorite clothes, including makeup and hairstyles, and pursue self-satisfaction to the fullest (laughs)!
The streets of New York City are quite dirty, and there is a lot of walking and movement during shooting, so remember to explain to the costume manager to bring the most satisfactory costume.
Personally, I think that a wedding dress with a slim and simple design is the most suitable for the metropolitan atmosphere of New York!

How did ———— become a photographer?
After graduating from a fashion-related vocational school, I worked in the fashion design industry for a while.
I once attended a friend’s wedding and saw the wedding video made by them, and I was very moved
and felt that this was a beautiful and exciting career, so I decided to change careers.
Initially engaged in post-production, the second year began to pick up a camera and learn to take pictures.
It’s not so much about being a photographer as I love wedding-related work, and this mood hasn’t changed to this day.
It is a very valuable job to use your knowledge and skills to bring unforgettable touches and happiness to the guests in front of you.
I myself learned a lot of knowledge and information from the guests during the filming process.
It’s this charm that has attracted me to what I am doing and will continue to do.
Why did ———— choose to go to New York?
La-vie’s ongoing World Location photo program is bringing wedding photo shoots to the world.
From Summer and Guam, to Paris and Florence in Italy,
New York has become the next possible location.
I’ve been dreaming of coming to New York for a long time, a place that has produced many great jazz, hip-pop musicians, and cultural artists,
and I’m honored to have the opportunity
to take on a new challenge as a photographer in the La-vie pioneering project.

What are ———— goals for the future?
I really like the wedding industry, and I often get carried away with taking pictures.
It may be too early to evaluate the photographs, but with the accumulation of experience, I hope that in 10 or 20 years,
my work will be praised by some people, and I will continue to shoot every day with this belief.
When I came to New York, I had the opportunity to be exposed to art, and I also wanted to have the opportunity to create photography other than wedding photos.

The awareness of the wedding industry in Japan is also developing rapidly, and more couples are willing to increase their budget to create a personalized wedding,
but the implementation of the wedding scene has not shaken the original essence.
I hope to create more opportunities for married people to get in touch with “self-knowledge”.
After accumulating experience and baptism in New York, I have contributed to the change of the wedding industry through photos.
